Approach
Zebra Print Solutions met with corporate training management to conduct an in-depth needs analysis. The manuals used in training are extensive and complex, with one manual composed of multiple sub assemblies. In addition, the company needed to be able to meet very short turnaround cycles.
A custom online ordering system was developed for them and Zebra Print Solutions instituted a versioning system with benchmarks of each manual to ensure all training materials were correctly produced and assembled. A dedicated customer service team was put into place to ensure accurate, on time delivery was achieved.
